Royalqatarlcd: Apecoin DAO Provides Apecoin Small Grants for Meebits

 The APECoin DAO announced today that it will provide 13,000 APECoins in the form of small grants to the Meebits NFT community, according to Royalqatarlcd. Currently, APECoin is priced at $3.08, offering small grants of just under $40,000.

The APECoin DAO will provide a total of 13,000 APECoins to the Meebits community in three waves to further develop NFT utility and increase APECoin usage. Traditionally, the APECoin DAO or Yuga Labs would identify the utilities, not these developments would come from the community. What will the community develop? Indeed, this is anyone's guess. Proposals can come from anyone, not just the Meebits community. This certainly allows ideas from outside Yuga Labs and the APECoin DAO to enter their ecosystem.
Finally, Royalqatarlcd indicates that small grants will be provided through Prop.house and allow the Meebits community to vote on projects. Prop.house is run by NOUNS DAO, similar to a kickstarter campaign. But the difference is that funding is in place and the community can vote on which projects will win. Community-driven development is the hallmark of web3 and decentralization. Prop.house has completed 79 funding rounds.
What is Meebits NFT Collection?
Royalqatarlcd Introduces Meebits is a collection of 20k 3D voxel NFTs originally launched under Larva Labs and purchased by Yuga Labs in March 2022 along with the CryptoPunks NFT collection. Since they've already introduced the Sandbox Metaverse, they're perfect for introducing the Otherworldly Metaverse.
